I just wanted to tell you both that I really appreciate all the help and knowledge that you have given me. I feel so great and Brad says that he really notices a difference not just in my physical health but he says that my attitude has changed and I'm almost like a whole new person.

I am so glad to have learned about fasting to heal my ill health. I had been suffering with a chronic sinus infection that antibiotics would not treat and it was destroying my life. I also had severe seasonal allergies that were progressively getting worse. Fasting and doing enemas every night, and colon hydrotherapy every week healed my sinus infection and hay fever.
I believe fasting is the way to healing many illnesses. Do it for health and do it for illness.

During my initial assessment at Arcady, Mark checked the two potent eye drops that I was using. I was diagnosed with glaucoma thirty years ago. For years I had used many drops with mixed results. My eye pressures continued to escalate and finally, when I was using 5 different drops several times a day, my ophthalmologist suggested surgery. I had trabeculectomies on both eyes and that surgery provoked a cataract in one eye; and another surgery. For a short time after the surgeries I didn't require drops. Then once again the pressures crept up and soon I was back on two drops with my vision very variable and my eyes often sore.
Mark mentioned on my first visit that he could provide drops that would encourage my own eye function as opposed to changing how my eyes worked, as my current drops did. Went home and thought about that. After 30 years on drops that took some soul searching. After two days figured I had absolutely nothing to lose. Used Mark's drops for around 10 days. My eyes were feeling better than they had in years but feared that my pressures would be sky high. Was truly amazed to find that my pressures were identical to what they had been while I was using the two powerful drops. Can still hardly believe that I can have my eyes feeling so good AND have good pressures too!
