Therapeutic Fasting and Food Combining Program
- Therapeutic Fasting Program -- eight+ Appointments
This program is excellent for those who wish to be coached in fasting, whole food combining and nature-cure techniques for the purpose of restoring health [ie. overcoming chronic ill-health].
Overview  of toxin elimination theory.
The Therapeutic Fasting Program includes a booklet on the recommended 28-day vegetable-juice based "first fast" and the post fasting seven day food combining diet. Also included is a 5-week therapeutic tincture (from the assessment appointment) for those in chronic ill-health.
The appointments are split into three parts pre-fasting, while fasting, and post fasting. [The services used are shown in red.]
Pre-fast: Natural Health Clinic, herbal medicine determination, and Nutrition Counselling including "fasting" education.
While fasting experience enhanced toxin elimination techniques: sauna therapy, and colon hydrotherapy. Supplemental herbs are given as part of the fast to enhance toxin elimination.
Post-fasting: food combining techniques, a one month follow-up appraisal, and re-evaluation in the Natural Health Clinic.
Day One -- Natural Health Clinic and determination of herbal medicine;
Day Two -- Nutrition Councelling (review of fasting guidelines and learn how to exit a fast safely);
Day Three -- two hour sauna and a one hour colonic;
Day Four -- two hour sauna;
Day Five -- two hour sauna and a one hour colonic
repeat Day Five (without sauna and colonic) for up to 23 days.
Natural Health Clinic follow-up at approximately 4 weeks.
- Monitoring and Follow-up
All during the Therapeutic Fasting Program we:
- monitor vitals (test urine, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose)
- continually educate and encourage
- phone support
- answer questions and give our opinions
- staff is CPR and EMR trained, and resuscitation equipment is on site.

We can schedule your appointments evenings, weekends, after work, and early morning. We'll do our best to accomodate your schedule.
- Duration
This program, up to six weeks, effectively teaches you the great value inherent in fasting and in healthy food choices. We encourage our program entrants to extend their fasts to 28 days for even greater toxin eliminating benefit. No extra charge for extending one's fast, and we continue to monitor you throughout.
