Rejuvenation Program

1. Rejuvenation Program -- one Appointment
   This program consists of a dry heat / cool down procedure in our specially built sauna, a massage, and lastly, colon hydrotherapy. An excellent way to relax and tone-up the inside of one's body.
   

   Overview of toxin elimination theory.

   The Rejuvenation Program consists of a special 2-hour, dry-heat / cool down sauna therapy for cleansing the skin, followed by a one-hour massage while you are still loose to move lymphatic fluid and softened muscles, and concludes with a colon hydrotherapy procedure to cleanse the bowel and purge latent toxins.
   
2. Arcady Holistic is open for you!
   We can schedule your appointments evenings, weekends, after work, and early morning. We'll do our best to accomodate your schedule.
