First choice in treatment is -
Foment the area with real vinegar & water (1:4). Treatment can vary from simple sponge bathing 5 or 6 times daily through to packing for several days.
The following is a less reliable treatment -
Apply twice a day, topically.
Arctium lappa 40%,
Hypericum perfoliatum 40%,
Glycyrrhaza glabra 20%.
